Sweaty Betty does ballet Barre

Being an ex dancer i could not hide my excitment when my local North London Sweaty betty posted Ballet Barre as part of there class time table.

Ballet has been part of my life since the age of three, so I thought I would go along and ace this class.

How wrong I was, I hadnt used these muscles in spin or pilates so they had been in limbo for years...

Question is "will I walk this christmas?" Answer im sure is NO.

But I will add this class to my 2015 training routine as I had forgotton how a live dance makes me feel, and as i imagine im skipping with joy out of the studio, even though its more of a hobble!!!
