Keeping it healthy on the road

So aside from being a presenter myself I spend a lot of time living out of a suitcase on the road with my son who is an actor!
Yes I know he is only seven but hasn't stopped working since he was four years old and adores every second.
So we are on a huge US/UK Drama at the moment and I have to keep in mind that between locations I have my own shows to present so need to stay on top of my health and fitness.
When there is a gym fab he sits on his iPad and I workout, if not You tube has a huge range of fab workouts I can do from the hotel room.
This weeks treat snack is some easy date cocoa and almond bars, takes seconds to make and gives you that protein and sweetness you crave when dashing around.
I think the key to keeping your health and fitness up is organising a plan and packing snacks to go
