So I spent today going round vintage clothes shops in the hope that someone will take my 5K wedding dress off my hands and save it from a life spent in a dark gloomy loft.

It’s a beautiful David Fieden Piece from his evening wear collection and I felt a million dollars on my wedding day 14 years ago.

But really when you look back yes you have fab pics of the day and wonderful memories of sipping champagne with my mother and bestie while trying on an array of princess dresses and then opting for something slick and as the lady so rightly said ideal if your getting married in Ibiza, but is it really worth spending this much on one day?

So it’s only by coincidence that I just finished reading an article on ASOS up and coming wedding dress collection launching in March 2016.

The five pieces I have previewed are stunning and range from the more Romantic style to bohemian chic.

Think Kate moss 30s inspired dress to bohemian styles with sweet Peter pan collars they even have the most stylish of wide-legged jumpsuits something to suit any fashion savvy bride to be.

Prices range from £90-£250 and after trailing North London trying to find a home for my Beautiful dress that could have in fact bought me a new car, I think if I had my time again ASOS would be my first point of call.
