So now I know for sure I’m not celiac and just suffer with terrible IBS its now a matter of healing the damage that has been done to my poor stomach.
Years of messing with my food and also stress and anxiety have left what is known as the gut flora well out of balance.
So for me to rectify the damage I have caused and to try and have as little of my bloating, painful symptoms as possible I need to heal myself, and as always I want to do it the naturel way.
I research new and old treatments and came across a very old treatment to right the balance of the guts bacteria.
Kefir is a form of formatted milk, sounds yummy doesn’t it ! but never the less I will try and give it a go.
Kefir is a cultured, enzyme-rich food filled with friendly micro-organisms that help balance the inner ecosystem.
The bacteria in kefir will have absorbed most of the lactose so if you are DF or LF like myself you will still be ok.
Week 1.
I mix a tablespoon of flaxseed with Kefir and have for breakfast every day.
Week 2
I mix 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds with Kefir and have for breakfast everyday
Week 3
I mix 3 tablespoons of Flaxseeds with Kefir and have for breakfast everyday.
Ive noticed since starting this programme I have bloated only twice and this was just before the time of the month when IBS does flare worse then ever and I feel less sensitive and anxious in my stomach.
I will continue to start the day on Kefir, after the first week you get used to the sour taste and if I’m honest how ever bad it tastes its worth taking to lesson the symptoms.
