Virgin Active The Grid

My new training addiction is a cross between training and a form of sport torture!

However that said once you have taken part a couple of times you cannot wait to go back for more.

The Grid is virgin actives form of Sean T”s Insanity training.

HIIT training you go through a 30-minute training programme hitting different parts of the body for small intervals but by mid way you feel sick and shake with the adrenaline and sheer exhaustion.

I have been starting my training sessions with a gentle 5K followed by The grid and I’m now two weeks in and feel firmer then before and my abs have defiantly benefited hugely from this HIIT workout.

That said I’m only hitting The Grid 3-4 times per week as I still need my Pilates to keep lean and mentally strong.

I guess a good training programme is all about mixing it up.
