Get up and go smoothie.

I wanted to share my super breakfast smoothie recipe.

This smoothie takes a few seconds to whizz up and keeps you full until lunch, super healthy, super smoothie.

I use a nutri bullet but you can just as easy use a blender for this and will still take no time at all.

Start by adding a good handful of spinach, followed by frozen blueberries, a banana, bee pollen, spirulina chia seeds and then fill to above the ingredients with rice or coconut milk.

The spirulina provides protein and the bee pollen helps aid against inflammation and allergens and the chia sees aid weight loss and digestion. Toped up with the iron and antioxidants of the spinach and the blueberries.

A definite power start to your day.
